Michael Dowd serves as Foursyte’s Chief Security Officer (CSO).  As CSO, he leads the company’s operational security and risk management responsibilities and advises Government customers on technical/digital security.  Mike has a career spanning over two decades in leadership positions across the private sector, the Intelligence Community, and the Department of Defense (Special Operations), where he specialized in electronic warfare, communications, and signals intelligence.  He has previously served with the Special Operations Detachment X (JSOC/J2X) and was trained as a HUMINT and Technical Operations Officer for the United States Government.  In addition to his service as CSO, Mike is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for URSA Mobile, Inc., an advanced technology company that focuses on ultra-secure mobile phones, program services, and the construction and operation of Secure Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).  Mike is a certified instructor for CASO (USASOC) and XRY/G2 Forensics.  He earned a B.S. (Terrorism and Emergency Management) and an A.A. (Computer Science).  Mike is cleared TS/SCI.
